A lil ditty about a girl named Chili Bumble Olive Oil

Chili (my partner in crime at Bumble, aka Amy) as most of you know also loves to cook, too!  Every evening, her and the hubby decide what they are in the mood for.  He runs to the store, they prep, cook and enjoy an amazing meal together…every night. Talk about #LifeGoals.

With that being said, we both typically go through a lot of oil.  Chili, a 750ml of Manzanillo, and a Large Traditional Balsamic every two weeks or so.  She has two growing young men to feed!

I on the other hand go through about 2 small bottles, of whatever suits my fancy usually Butter Oil and Garlic Oil, and a Medium Hojiblanca for cooking and finishing dishes.  I drizzle it on everything!

Nonetheless, we love cooking with our loved ones.  It brings a home together.

Chili recently was inspired by a recipe in Gourmet Magazine, and made A Tomato AND SWEET CORN Pie using her favorite the Manzanillo Oil and some homegrown tomatoes and corn!  **We think this would also be great with Basil or Garlic Oil)** Add a drizzle of our NEW Neapolitan Herb Balsamic and WOW!!!  Add A Neapolitan Herb BLOODY MARY and you have a delicious Sunday brunch! ((recipes to follow))

Drizzle Bumble Manzanillo, Basil, or Garlic EVOO over top and serve! If you like a little sweet with your oh-so savory, and a dark balsamic. Neapolitan or Traditional would be perfect.
