Grilled Chicken with Basil and Bumble Garlic EVOO
- 1 Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Bumble Garlic EVOO
- 1 Pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Cutlets
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat Grill to Medium. In a food processor combine basil leaves, Bumble Garlic EVOO, salt and pepper and process until smooth. Using a pastry brush, coat both sides of the chicken with the mixture. Grill the chicken untill done. Using a thermometer to check the temperature of the meat.
Olive Oil Chicken
- 4-5 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 cup Bumble Garlic EVOO*
Pre-heat the olive oil in a pan, Salt and pepper the chicken pieces and add to the pan. Fry on both sides until turns a nice brown color, decrease temperature and cover, cook for 25 minutes. To serve, cover with 2 tablespoons of the garlic olive oil sauce, enjoy
